Welcome to Pursuit Counseling, LLC.
At Pursuit Counseling, we believe that the most important journey you can take is the one within yourself.
"Uncommon Advice: If you don't know what to pursue in life right now, pursue yourself. Pursue becoming the healthiest, happiest, most healed, most present, most confident version of yourself. Then the right path will reveal itself." — Author Unknown
Life doesn’t always offer clear directions. Sometimes the answers we seek aren't out there — they're waiting to be uncovered inside us.
Here, you’ll find support, tools, and inspiration to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with your truest self.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, seeking better self-understanding, or simply longing for more peace and purpose, you're in the right place.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to take the first step — toward yourself.
Let’s begin.

WHY DO I DO WHAT I DO?...
I know how overwhelming it can feel to face crisis and conflict. Through my own experiences, I found a powerful sense of support and empowerment — something that changed my life and inspired my passion for understanding people's stories. Today, that passion fuels my work: helping others navigate everyday struggles, find hope, and build resilience.
HOW DID I GET HERE?...
My path to becoming a counselor didn’t start right away — it unfolded later, after I became a mom. While raising my three children, I realized a deeper calling to support others, leading me to earn my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Counseling with a focus on Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy.
Through volunteer work and community agency experience, I discovered a particular strength in helping clients work through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Every step of this journey has deepened my commitment to walking alongside others as they find healing and growth.
WHO AM I OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?...
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me exploring the outdoors with my family — whether it's hiking, camping, spending time at the beach, or taking spontaneous day trips. I also love diving into a good psychological thriller, getting creative with art, crocheting, scrapbooking, and baking. These hobbies help me recharge and stay connected to the simple joys of life.
